Program Tuition

The tuition for each semester depends upon the number of credit hours taken by the learner.

The tuition for each semester depends upon the number of credit hours taken by the learner.

Methods of Payment

All fees are due at the beginning of each semester at or before the registration period. Payment for courses can be issued online via the use of a credit card, this occurs at time where the courses are enrolled through the Online Admission and Registration Application. Other payments methods include:

  • Bank Draft
  • Direct transfer to Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University account (National Bank of Dubai - A/C Number: 0151090888), the learner’s name and ID number must be noted on the transfer.
  • Checks, Learner must write their names and IDs at the back of the check
  • Cash in UAE Dirham only. A charge of 200 DHS is added if the check is returned.

Learners are not allowed to defer fee payments except with special permission that must be granted by the Head of Finance, requests for delay of payment must be sent to the LRM office four weeks prior to the start of the semester.

Refund Policy

The Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University refund policy for learners who withdraw during the Spring and Fall semesters is as illustrated in the following table:

No refund is made for summer sessions

* Please note that there are no refunds for books and other course material, supplies, or application fees. Additionally, as part of the Refund policy adopted in the University; the University may retain an administrative fee of no more than 500 UAE dirhams, this administrative cost may be in addition to the percentage of tuition, which may be retained by the institution as outlined above.

Learner Payment delay / Installment policy
