  • Master of Science in Organizational Excellence


    The program is mainly targeted at people who have a keen interest in quality, performance measurement, transformational change and organizational excellence. It is therefore suitable for practicing managers in the aforementioned areas and graduates who seek to specialize in organizational excellence.
  • Master of Science in Innovation and Change Management


    This program focuses on the strategies for setting and maintaining the course of change, for overcoming resistance and maximizing learning and innovative thinking, and for anticipating and coping with the repercussions of change.
  • Master of Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership


    The Master of Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership program is designed to prepare existing and aspiring entrepreneurs for achieving leadership in their entrepreneurial endeavours through contemporary management knowledge and skills.
  • Master of Project Management


    The program is designed for learners who have a first degree in any discipline seeking to develop a career in a project-based role or environment. It provides the requisite knowledge base, organizational and analytical skills for those wishing to pursue a career as a Project/Program Manager, Project Support Officer, Project Administrator or Project Worker.

Postgraduate Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with a minimum AGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 Scale or its equivalent.
  • Applicants with no management background will first need to enroll and successfully complete a non-credit Management Appreciation Program (MAP).
  • TOFEL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0.
  • Applicant may also be interviewed as part of the evaluation process.

Postgraduate Program Delivery Strategy

The delivery of the all Master programs is based on a blended learning model which involves the following components:
  • Distance Learning through self study mode, supported by carefully designed study books, recorded master classes, supporting documents describing the whole module and the specific topics covered and the recommended textbooks for each module.
  • Online tutorial support where learners attend virtual classes.
  • Tutorial support through physical sessions.
  • On-going tutorials to discuss issues, critique submitted articles, raise questions with tutors, have virtual chats, etc.
