Dr. Armand Val Feigenbaum
He is the president and the CEO of General Systems Inc. He is also known as the “Father of Total Quality Control”. He is the originator of TQM, the approach to quality and profitability that has influenced management strategy in the competition for world markets in the USA. Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has been awarded numerous medals and honors by quality associations around the world. Several editions of his book “Total Quality Control” have been published in many languages.

He serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Harrington Institute, an international consulting firm. James Harrington is recognized as one of the world leaders in applying performance improvement methodologies to business processes. He writes a regular column for Quality Digest Magazine and he is on the Editorial Review Board for five magazines.

He is the Vice President and Academician of International academy of Quality, a former president of European organization for quality. He is one of the leading brains behind the European Excellence Model.

He is an academician at the International Academy for Quality, past director of the South African Quality Institute (1992), and President of the South African Statistical Association (1991).
Dr. Marcos E. J. Bertin
He has more than 30 years experience in Executive and Board positions in the Gillette Co. and Firmenich S.A. in Buenos Aires, Boston, U.S.A. and Geneva, Switzerland. He is a consultant on Quality, Corporate Governance, and General Management, an honorary member of the International Academy for Quality and the Co-Chairman of the Global Cooperation Committee of the American Society for Quality.
Dr. Miflora Minoza-Gatchalian
She is the Honorary Secretary General, UN, ILO, ASEAN and WTO advisor, an academician at the International Academy for Quality, the Past President of the Philippine Society for Quality and the President of the Food Science and Technology in ASEAN. She had been awarded the Magnolia Award, the Harrington-Ishikawa Medal, the ASQ Jack Lancaster Award and many others. She is the only woman in the world honored by a Gold Medal in her name, for the top distinguished women in quality fields around the world.
