Since HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE minister of Defense issued his high Decree honoring the establishment of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University as an e-learning institution in Dubai; we have saved no efforts so that the University may become a reality.

We have put a lot of effort to make the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University internationally recognized through the affiliations and accreditation. We have made every effort to encourage the interest and application of TQM thinking in the Arab World by providing open access to all those wishing to advance their knowledge and expertise in TQM. In addition, we have made a concerted effort to arabize international and highly recognized academic courses and specialized programs and encouraged the Arab researchers to align with the University and develop TQM courses and programs in Arabic.

In a nutshell, by establishing the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University in Dubai, the University will not be only an institution for providing academic and professional knowledge in TQM, but also a center for intellectual and cultural enlightenment as well.
